All pizzas are 32 cm, hand-stretched Neapolitan style, baked 90 seconds in our 450 °C wood-fired oven. Gluten-free base available +$3.

All pasta rolled fresh daily using Nonna Rosa's recipes and 00 flour from Campania.
Slow-braised beef and pork ragù, hand-rolled egg tagliatelle, Parmigiano-Reggiano, basil oil.
Tonnarelli pasta, aged Pecorino Romano, cracked black pepper, splash of pasta water. Deceptively simple.
Pillowy potato gnocchi tossed in a rich Gorgonzola DOP cream sauce with toasted walnuts and sage.
Hand-rolled linguine, fresh clams, white wine, garlic, chilli, parsley, EVOO.
Wide ribbon pasta with slow-cooked wild boar ragù, juniper, rosemary, Chianti reduction.
Rigatoni, guanciale, San Marzano tomato, Pecorino, a little white wine, dried chilli.

Two crispy cannoli shells filled with sweetened sheep's-milk ricotta, candied orange, pistachios.

Double shot of Lavazza espresso poured over a generous scoop of Fior di Latte gelato. Add Amaretto +$4.
Warm dark chocolate fondant, hazelnut praline gelato, sea salt flakes.

Italian wines, craft beers, house-made lemonades and proper espresso.
Sangiovese from Tuscany. Medium-bodied, cherry, dried herbs, gentle tannins.
Crisp, dry, straw-coloured. Citrus blossom, green apple, light minerality.
Italy's favourite lager. Light, crisp, perfectly paired with pizza.
House-squeezed Amalfi lemon lemonade with fresh mint. Non-alcoholic.
Lavazza Super Crema blend, pulled on a La Marzocco. Oat milk available.
750 ml sparkling or still mineral water from the Italian Alps.
